Stewart Diversified is full service construction development and management Company. Our history in Tallahassee goes back to 1973 when my father John Stewart opened Stewart Construction. For 30 years he built custom homes in and around the Tallahassee area. In 2003 I took over Stewart Construction and steered the company toward building luxury student housing and developing land on college campuses. We still build custom homes but on a selective basis.

With over 40 years of experience in General Construction we can build your dream. Using our experience and development expertise, we are able to build your project in a budget that will produce the maximum cash flow for your project. If it’s a custom home you want, we can do that to. Stewart Diversified only works with selective custom home clients. We don’t build custom home for just anyone. We pride ourselves on quality and design. We look at the client more than the project. A cohesive relationship is always required to finish on time and under budget.
We Manage Properties
We manage only properties that we build. Know our market is our strong point. Our properties average 95 to 100% occupancy. Most properties have a waiting list for tenancy. Sounds unbelievable, but our philosophy is simple. “Give the tenants what they want and always remember each tenant is a valued client”. Our tenant satisfaction is shown in our occupancy rates.
